The Honourable Commissioner for Education in Rivers State, Prof prince Chinedu Mmom has commended Master Cyril Michael for his outstanding performance in the National Spelling Bee (Spell-It Battle of Champions).  The Commissioner made the commendation on the 29th of September, 2022 in his office when he received Master Cyril Michael of Glorious Covenant Schools.  Master Cyril Michael, a Junior Secondary Student came Second place in the junior category of the National Spelling Bee National Spell It competition in Abuja, organised by World Best Educative TV Show in September this year. The commissioner advised him to continue to study hard in order to win more laurels and scholarships urging him not to allow pride and self exaltation becloud his sense of reasoning even as he continues to make the state, his parents and the school proud noting that the state is proud of him.
